Train The Teachers (TTT), 2021 was initiated by Top Figures Capacity to support education development through teachers' capacity building. The training idea was birthed as a result of the falling standard of education in our nation - Nigeria. It was discovered that school teachers who are major stakeholders in driving education are being overly neglected in the scheme of capacity building and training.
