Train The Teachers (TTT), 2021 was initiated by Top Figures Capacity to support education development through teachers' capacity building. The training idea was birthed as a result of the falling standard of education in our nation - Nigeria. It was discovered that school teachers who are major stakeholders in driving education are being overly neglected in the scheme of capacity building and training. Most teachers in Nigeria are obsolete and still use the traditional method of teaching in our school system, hence the need to bring the training to them.  School Teachers in Olodi Apapa Ajegunle area of Lagos State were hosted to this free capacity building training by Top Figures Capacity in conjunction with Pacesetter Arts Company on Friday, 17th September, 2021.
